The wedding of Travis and Tiffany was fantastic! What a sweet couple they are. I was taken aback by their consideration, thoughtfulness and eagerness to have great photography. What really struck me about everyone involved in this wedding was how kind they were and that truly touched my heart. The wedding was held at the beautiful St Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in Irvine, California. One significant aspect of a Greek Orthodox wedding is he beautiful ceremony. The Priests sign every word they share with the bride and groom. I love this aspect of a Greek Wedding, and then the crown that is placed on the Bride and Groom and the walking around the altar seven times. I just love the whole aspect of these traditions. As you can see I wanted to capture photos that had he element of tradition invoked. A full length portrait of the bide at the altar couldn't be more traditional as well as the wedding party at the altar. After the ceremony we headed to Newport Beach to board the "Electra" one of the Hornblower Yachts. This yacht which in my opinion has a lot of class was boarded by the guests and we headed out to sea for their first reception. They danced and partied for the next few hours and once back on shore we then headed over to their second reception at the fabulous "Cannery by the Pacific Restaurant" They ate a scrumptious dinner and had several toasts and enjoyed the evening having a relaxing time with family and friends. Thanks Tiffany and Travis for helping make your awesome day a very enjoyable one.
This is the Newport Beach Rusty Pelican - What's the significance? - Travis proposed to Tiffany here!
You would have thought that having a wedding in the mountains late afternoon is a bad idea. Especially if its an all outdoor affair. But we are in Southern California and fortunately for Myles and Lainey they couldn't have had better weather. It was close to 80 when we began our photographing around 3 pm. To be honest we could have used about another hour of daylight. None the less the photos turned out great and other than a few challenges with lighting everything was flawless. The wedding was held at the grooms families private estate with two adjoining estates owned by the grooms uncles. It was "amazing".
Ryan and I met in Graduate School at Azusa Pacific University on the stairway lol. We had a mutual friend who introduced us. Since then we have become best friends and life partners. As we dated we discovered that we both are passionate about being with people and journeying with them in there life struggles. We also love traveling all over the world and experiencing different cultures. Ryan romantically Proposed to me on a hot air balloon while overlooking the Temecula wineries. Our vision for our wedding was to have something with a romantic vintage feel but still be very fun and lively. Ryan and I poured our hearts and energies in this wedding with tons of DYI and carefully hand selected vendors. I think it was was complete success!
Gabby and Ryan are an awesome couple and their wedding was so beautiful at the Middle Ranch Equestrian Center. Gabby sparkled in her fabulous wedding gown, and Ryan was dashing in his light grey suit. The conditions were warm but all in all Megan and Danny captured some great photo memories for this handsome couple.
